  Darlene's agency is the example of the type of business you should never trust or rely on. Her agents lie to close a sale, including misrepresenting coverage, not providing documents, and saying anything necessary for you to believe that you are fully insured. Her agents specifically withhold information from you, include coverage that does not exist, and then leave you out to dry when you need to file a claim. Further, Darlene misrepresents herself, attempting to explain what is legal and what is not legal, while she is not a lawyer. Her sales people lie to both the parent insurance companies, and the clients, change their story, and have "memory loss" when called out on the lies they presented to the customer to close a sale. Stay FAR away from Darlene Glogower and her insurance agency. CON ARTISTS. Scammers. Not to be trusted.
